Loves traveling (and has been already a bit all over the world), history, archeology, literature, chocolate and «francesinhas» (a local cuisine specialty). She knows all the secrets about the city you will never find out on your own. Believes that the small things and the most simple are the ones that make a stay, a travel or a visit, so special.

Born by the seashore near Oporto and always having this city in his everyday life, it has captured his eyes and heart from the start. Photography is a hobby and a passion, so quite naturally Oporto tends to be one of his favorite models. There's always a new and wonderful detail or landscape to capture and amaze. In his travels, he discovered a hidden talent: to plan a visit so that the city becomes well known in the least amount of time. Now, he shares this ability and his city with you.
What you can expect

On a first name basis, you'll have your own personal guide.
A very different and more enriched experience from that of being packed into large groups and having only a glimpse of what in reality takes time and opportunity to be revealed to your senses in this magnificent city.
Or even from that of, by yourself, not having had enough time or knowledge to prepare and accomplish the capture of a city’s essence.
At your own pace, with your friends or family, and in accordance to your particular interests, we will offer you guidance. If you haven't asked for exclusivity, still you can expect a limit of about 6 people on these tours.
You will gain an inside knowledge like you've been living here for years.
That's your choice: to be able to say you've been to Porto, through the usual tourist packages, or to be able to say you know Porto, through us!
All of the tours are walking tours. From 2.1 to 4.1 km (1.3 to 2.5 mi). Public transportations are only used when the distance, or your health status, requires so.
Some recommendations:
- Bring comfortable shoes
- Wear adequate clothes for the weather (heat, cold, or rain)
- Make sure you went to the bathroom previously (making others wait for us is always stressful, or worse, walking uncomfortably so not to bother) and are wearing adequate sunscreen
- Bring extra batteries with you, for your camera, so you don’t miss that photo the city suddenly is offering you, every step of the way
You won’t find these carefully prepared tours anywhere else. In the end, you'll know Porto better than anyone else. We'll take you on a voyage back and forth in time and present you a living city!
Additional Services
We also provide services like, for instance, babysitting, so you can freely enjoy some activity you would like to do on your visit, picnic packages, so you may have a different experience at the public gardens with breathtaking views, and other services.
These can be booked even if none of our tours have. They are independent.
